We have sent an initiative to the President of the Parliament to consult the non-governmental sector during the announced drafting of amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro. We will propose amendments to the Rules of Procedure, which will improve public consultation and the involvement of NGOs in the work of working bodies and working groups. The proposed changes would enable adequate involvement of NGOs in the drafting of the announced Law on the Assembly.
