Monitoring and evaluation

The Resource Center for Civil Society Organizations in Montenegro conducted a two-day training on Monitoring and Evaluation.

The training was attended by 13 representatives of civil society organizations whose projects were supported through the CSF program of the European Union. Participants acquired skills in designing, organizing and implementing the entire monitoring process within the project implementation. The training includes the design and preparation of a specific monitoring form, largely based on the ROM questionnaire applied by the European Union, the preparation of a strategic monitoring schedule, the engagement of experts to monitor visits and prepare reports, and the organization of detailed meetings to present results.
