Resource centre is organising training on the topic of Public advocacy. The aim of this training is that participants gain knowledge about advocacy strategies, research on campaign topics, advocacy tactics and lobbying, preparation and submission of initiatives. By the end of the training, participants will:
- Determine the goal of their advocacy campaign;
- Conduct an analysis of the environment and target groups;
- Create a campaign action plan
12 places are provided on training for representatives of 6 semi developed CSOs (2 representatives of each organisation that are actively involved in its work).
For semi-developed CSO:
- Budget of organisation in previous year wasn’t less than 10 000.00€ nor more than 70 000.00€;
- Motivation of candidates;
- Description of the problem and solution for which they would create a public advocacy campaign;
- Organisation delegated 2 representatives;
- Application forms are filled and delivered on time.
Organisations whose representatives haven’t participated on similar trainings so far will have advantage.
How to apply
Representatives of semi-developed of CSOs who want to apply for training need to fulfil application form and send it on e-mail address email@example.com, no later than December 13 th 2020.
Time and place
Training will be held 16 th to 17 th December in Hotel “Budva”, Budva.
As an organiser CRNVO will provide accomodation, meals and refreshments for training participants.
Transportation costs will be reimbursed in accordance with the tickets that participants bring. Fuel costs will be reimbursed only if at least two participants arrived with the same vehicle, and the ammount of cost will be calculated on michelin website.

Overall goal of Resource centre are strengthened CSOs that actively contribute to the development of participative democracy in Montenegro. Specific goal of RC is to improve capacities of CSOs so they can be efficient, responsible and independent actors and contribute to creating conducive environment for development of civil society. This project is funded by European Union and co-funded by Ministry of public administration.
