The resource center submitted comments on the first draft of “Guidelines for EU Support to Civil Society in the Enlargement Region for the Period 2021-2027”
“The guidelines describe how the EU will support civil society in the enlargement region in the period 2021-2017, in the context of the enlargement agenda. The document presents the objectives of EU support to civil society within three key areas: 1) enabling environment; 2) cooperation between civil society and the authorities / institutions of the IPA beneficiary country and 3) capacity and resilience of CSOs. The document also presents indicators that measure the progress of support provided and the criteria to be pursued.
